Terrina Chrishell
Terrina Christopherhell Stause was born on July 21, 1982. She is best known for her role as Amanda Dillon in All My Children as well as Jordan Ridgeway on Days of Our Lives. Stause was born in Draffenville. She earned her B.A. at Murray State University. She performed as an actress in the theater in 2003. Her middle name, "Chrishell", is a portmanteau term that was born out of the unique circumstances surrounding her birth. Her mother gave birth in an Shell station, and Chris was present during the delivery. Strause dispels the rumors about her baby's birth in her book. She shared that her mother was having issues with her car and pulled into the gas station. She enrolled in pre-labor while she was waiting at the station. The attendant in the car assisted her in getting to the hospital. Strause was born in a hospital. Her mother who was half Japanese and half Spanish and split before she knew she was expecting. Jeff is her stepfather. Chrishell Strause missed middle school for the entire year because she was living in the tent. Strause told of washing her hair in the river, and eating food stamps to conceal her identity from her peers. At the age of 10, her parents were struggling with addiction and mental illness. Strause enrolled in the Worldwide Church of God for a period of time. Strause describes her mother as independent and self-righteous.
